What Is The Difference Between Windows Hosting And Web Hosting ?

    Web hosting is a generic term. If you host your website on a Windows platform (operating system), then that’s called Windows hosting (or Windows web hosting).
    There are essentially 2 types of hosting platforms, one Windows and the other, Linux. Windows hosting generally costs higher than Linux hosting.

    There are 2 types of webhosting i.e windows and Linux.
    I would recommend “IX WebHosting” because it’s very cheap and reliable. Their support service is awesome. This company offers site building tools, application vault, web mail, antivirus, Php, MysQL and hosts unlimited websites in one plan. Don’t go for free web hosting.They are not reliable.
