Can You Put A Windows Movie Maker Video On A Web Page That I Created Without Joining A Video Hosting Provider?

I created a webpage and I have not been able to put a video from Windows Movie Maker onto it without joining a video hosting provider. Is there any way that I can get it on my page without doing that?

As far as I know you can. However you are bound to certain rules from whom you set up your webpage through. You should contact those people via email and ask about how you should go about doing it.
