Uptime: Uptime is a term that is measured in percentile and refers to the time duration that the computer is operational. A superior web hosting company would offer an uptime guarantee of 99.99%.

What exactly is a Virtual Private Server?
A Virtual Private Server can be understood as a fine mix between a shared hosting account and a dedicated server. This is because the system resources are set up in a way that each person is allowed to utilize certain percentage of these resources. This makes the hosted websites more consistent.
