All free services I know just offer free linux-based web hosting services whicn don’t include ASP.net. I don’t know if you can find one or not. You can google it.
However according to my experience, http://www.goldpuma.com is the lowest cost service which is full-featured and really works for you ($3.99 /month). They have a really great offer & I have used them for over 3 yrs now, and have never had a single problem with them. Their service is really great and easy to use.
